Kim joined Capital Associates in 2002 as a property administrator for ten (10) properties, including The Exchange at Meadowmont, The Summit, Springfield Place, and Plaza Place.
In 2003, Kim assumed the responsibility as Property Manager for The Exchange at Meadowmont, Franklin Street Trust, Springfield Place and Plaza Place. Her responsibilities include overseeing all phases of building operations and maintenance as well as tenant fit-up construction for over 300,000 square feet of "Class A" office space.
In 2005, Kim also began managing our newest 103,842 SF medical building, Medical Plaza at Rex. Currently, Kim's portfolio of buildings includes the Medical Plaza at Rex, Lake Boone Medical and the Summit.
Kim's past commercial real estate experience includes paralegal work and on-site construction office manager assignments with TA Loving (GC) on several projects including Glenaire Retirement Community in Cary and Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. A native of Connecticut, Kim graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Psychology.
