Linda J. Caldwell
Assistant Property Manager
Linda joined Capital Associates in 1999, and serves as the assistant property manager at BB&T/Two Hannover Square, a 29-story, 432,000 SF, class "A" high-rise office tower located in Downtown Raleigh. Linda's responsibilities include all aspects of tenant relations and assistance, coordinating property management and maintenance with the adjacent Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, managing the building's parking deck and parking for some 600 employees, as well as special projects such as the annual tenant food drive which benefits the NC Food Bank. Linda has experience in all aspects of property management and is a valuable part of the Capital Associates management team. Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University, completed post-graduate work at Western Maryland and the University of Maryland and is a licensed Real Estate broker in the State of North Carolina. Prior to moving to Raleigh from Maryland, she had been a teacher in elementary education for 18 years.
