Capital Associates has developed over 1.35 million square feet of build-to-suit projects. These projects have included manufacturing buildings, corporate headquarters, laboratories, and airline reservation facility. We have even developed speculative office buildings for investor/land owners. Our clients have included both large and small companies, like ABB Power T&D Company, American Airlines, Borders Books & Music, Carolina Power & Light, Federal Express, Hunter Industries, Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association, SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories, and Trans World Radio.
Capital Associates will customize a solution to fit your exact needs. We can act as your in-house real estate department. If you do not yet control a site, we will identify the best alternatives and acquire the preferred tract. We will manage the entire development process, including obtaining all governmental approvals, architectural and engineering design, determining the best contractor, and construction of the project. Capital Associates will obtain all necessary financing, own the facility, and lease it to you under a long-term lease; or you may finance and own the land and the building as it is constructed--or even purchase the property upon completion.

We have worked with many national architectural and engineering firms based in Atlanta, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Washington, as well as numerous highly qualified North Carolina firms. Working with you, we will pick the firms that are best suited to meet the exact needs of your project. As always, we will meet your budget and delivery schedule.
