Capital Associates has developed rental apartments and participated in the development of for-sale luxury townhomes. In addition, several of our long-time personnel have extensive prior experience securing good apartment land and developing, leasing, and managing thousands of apartment units from Massachusetts to Texas.
As we do for our class "A" commercial developments, we pay special attention to all of the details and quality for our residential projects. Fireplaces, kitchens, bathrooms, storage, finishes, balconies, garages, amenities, signage, and landscaping are all important considerations. Careful programming, design, and cost control will create lasting value.
For multi-family development, it is extremely important to obtain reasonably priced land and to build to the market. It is not sufficient to develop a project and hope that renters or buyers will simply come. Careful analysis of design, amenities, features, costs, and rental rates or purchase prices are essential for a successful project.
